Ample Parking Is Available In The Driveway & On The Side Of The House

Only Guests Designated In Your Booking May Sleepover.

Please Smoke or Vape Outdoors Only. Please Be Mindful To Properly Extinguish Your Cigars Or Cigarettes in The Ashtrays Provided. You Are Staying in a High Forest Fire Hazardous Environment.

PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF YOUR STAY BY YOUR HOST.

We Love Pets, However They Can Be Destructive & Cause Serious Damage if Left Unattended.

There Will Be An Additional $200 Cleaning Fee Assessed & An Increase In The Security Deposit by $500 To Accommodate Your Pet’s Stay.

We Understand Accidents Can Happen, So Please Report Damage Immediately To Your Host.

Upon Your Departure, Please Load the Dishwasher & Take the Trash Out. Trash & Recycling Bins Are Located on the Side of the Garage.

Trash Pick Up Day is Tuesday. Taking Trash Cans to the Curb Monday Night or Early Tuesday Morning is Greatly Appreciated.

Check-Out Is 10:00 a.m.
