Kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, backyard, game area…We loved it all!! She has thought of everything! The ADA accommodations was just what we needed. The power did go out for several hours, ( the power company was doing work on the area), but we didn’t need to worry, the generator kicked on within a minute of losing power. “The pictures do not do this home justice!!We had an amazing stay at this property! The only way to really understand how amazing is to actually stay here :) The kitchen was stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival and the welcome basket was delicious! We had to do a little work while we were here and there was a great spot all set up for just that. Having access to the Lake Arrowhead trails was a big bonus for us, too! The only pro tip I'd offer is, if you are counting on playing shuffleboard, be sure to let the owner know so you can be sure there will be enough sand available. Other than that, you will find absolutely everything you need here! We enjoyed an evening at Tunes in the Trees...definitely recommend that if you're in the area on a Friday. We will certainly keep this property in mind for future getaways!”

There was a very sweet welcome basket with goodies, lots of firewood (rare), a really nice coffee/espresso/tea/hot chocolate bar, sheets and towels that were so soft and smelled good (rare), super comfortable beds, bathrooms that look like they belong in a 5 star hotel, TV's in every room with more network channels than I have ever seen (rare), soaps, lotions, shampoos and conditioners (also rare), a very secluded and comfortable jacuzzi and even a pass we could use so you can walk the path around the lake. “We stayed in Nancy's house during the Blizzard of 2023. While the sky was falling around us and the snow limited what we could do, we felt safe in a home with space, a generator and amenities that kept the little ones busy.
Nancy made sure the house was safe for little ones prior to our arrival and there was plenty to do. The kids loved sitting in the jacuzzi surrounded by snow and playing the the streets knowing cars would not be an issue.
Snow removal was an issue, which Nancy had a plan for, but we ended up doing it ourselves, however it was an issue for everyone and still is. We thank her for being flexible as our stay became a day yo day situation.”

She was so friendly and welcoming, with very detailed instructions about everything and very quick to respond to any questions. We asked about checking in early and that was no problem. The house itself is perfectly nice on the outside but truly beautiful on the inside, having been recently remodeled with nice wood floors and lovely quartz countertops. We recently remodeled our house so I could tell this was well done. The game room in the basement was so cool for kids with shuffleboard plus video games plus books and art supplies. The hot tub was spacious for our family of four. It was a less than 10 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, and 6 minutes to Skyforest, and walking distance to the lake itself. More than enough space for two adults and two kids to each have their own room. Bed was comfy, and there were good shades on the windows to keep light out in the morning. Thanks Nancy!”

“Our family had a fantastic time at the Lily Pond Cottage. The host responded to our messages promptly and was a delight to work with. We were able to check in via key pad and arrived to an impeccably decorated home. The entire place was just renovated, everything works or is new and is in great condition. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. We brought in some things to make food and had access to pots, pans, plates, cups, storage containers. Someone wants mashed potatoes? With a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade? No problem! Luckily we didn't have a need for a generator, but it's good to know that it was available.
The basement has been converted into a game room, stocked with an X-box, shuffleboard table, board games, books, and toys that kept the kiddos busy and out of trouble. The front and back yard were peaceful and gorgeous. I loved to watch the nature and we all enjoyed the koi fish and watching the frog scare the local birds. We enjoyed our time so much that we hardly left the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My kids both wanted to stay there forever. Thank you for a great stay!”
